Host A Class Or Seminar

Do you own a kennel, vet's office, specialty pet shop, dog adoption/shelter or other allied pet related business and want to host a professional dog obedience course or seminar for your customers?  Do your employees bring their dogs to work?  We are available to help with obedience classes for your employees or customers.

Private Sessions offered weekly in

Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond & Sammamish

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy: 

Group Classes & Courses, Private Training Sessions & Board and Train Services are non refundable. 

 

Private Training Appointments:

Weekday appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time.  Saturday appointments require 5 business days notice to transfer your payment to a future appointment due to limited availability. Short notice cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable & non-transferable. 

 

Deposits for board & train packages may be transferred to a future date with a minimum of 14 days notice from the date of check in. Board & Train cancellations with less than 14 days notice are non refundable and non transferable.

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt, tags attached and new, unopened condition for a full refund. All opened and/or used items will be at the discretion of management. No merchandise refunds are given after 30 days from the date of purchase.
