Referrals for Group Classes & Private Training Sessions:

When you refer a new customer to Audax and they book a group training series or a private training session, we will send you a $30 credit to use toward future dog training.*

$30 Referral Credit

When you, a current Audax Customer, refer a new client to Audax and your referral books a 5 week board and train stay, we will mail you a check for $100 after their dog checks in for its stay.*

*All Referral Credits and Payments only apply to new customers referred to Audax K9 Academy. Discounts cannot be combined. New Customers must list your name as referred by when completing check in paperwork. 

$100 Thank You Referral Check

Book a 2 or 5 week board and train package for your first dog, and receive a 10% discount on your second dog's board and train package of the same duration. 

Excludes custom and puppy board and train packages. If your dogs reservations are for different time periods, the second stay must start within 3 months of the completion of the first stay. Discounts cannot be combined.

Multi-Dog Discount

As a thank you for your commitment to the care and well being of our four legged friends, we extend a 50% discount on each of our group classes and private training sessions to all those in the veterinary field. This discount is exclusive to all team members of veterinary clinics, hospitals and emergency rooms

  • Discounts exclude Seminars and Board & Train Services.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy: 

Group Classes & Courses, Private Training Sessions & Board and Train Services are non refundable. 

 

Private Training Appointments:

Weekday appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time.  Saturday appointments require 5 business days notice to transfer your payment to a future appointment due to limited availability. Short notice cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable & non-transferable. 

 

Deposits for board & train packages may be transferred to a future date with a minimum of 14 days notice from the date of check in. Board & Train cancellations with less than 14 days notice are non refundable and non transferable. 

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt, tags attached and new, unopened condition for a full refund. All opened and/or used items will be at the discretion of management. No merchandise refunds are given after 30 days from the date of purchase.
